Dr. Theresia Dominic is a seasoned researcher and academic leader with extensive experience in management science, human resource management, and organizational development. Currently serving as Head of the Department of General Management at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), she oversees 34 business school members and multiple academic degree programs, research initiatives, and consultancy projects. Dr. Dominic holds a Ph.D. from Göttingen University, Germany, and an MBA from the University of Dar es Salaam, and has presented her research at international conferences in the United States, Germany, South Africa, Uganda, and beyond. Her expertise in data analysis, report writing, and evidence-based decision-making is supported by proficiency in tools such as SPSS, SmartPLS, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI. She is fluent in English and Swahili, with intermediate proficiency in German, enabling effective collaboration in diverse academic and professional environments.

Dr. Dominic has served on governing boards, including the UDSM Business School Board, College of Business Education (CBE) Academic Board, and currently contributes as a board member of the Rural Urban Development Initiatives (RUDI) Tanzania. She also provides consultancy to local and international organizations to facilitate organizational development and strategic governance. Her research background, combined with experience in scholarly publishing, positions her to contribute meaningfully in academia
